To qualify for membership, you must be a business enterprise, with primary mold manufacturing facilities located within the United States, the principal business of which is the manufacture or alteration of molds, or die cast dies. The company shall be capable of manufacturing molds is doing or does mold business with more than one customer, and derive(s) at least 50% of its revenue from mold manufacturing/mold alterations in a U.S. facility.  AMBA's nearly 300 member companies span 31 states and 12 chapter affiliations.

Up to thirteen (13) $1,000 educational scholarships are granted to the dependents of a current full-time employee of any AMBA member company. Since 1991, AMBA has awarded over $200,000 in educational scholarships.
