On May 26, AMBA is hosting an afternoon with The Lean Institute and facilitator Jenni Hurner, who will coach attendees on lean principles that will help hone their ability to standardize processes, improve workflow, define customer value and clarify purpose of work content. 

During this virtual event, attendees at all organizational levels - through active exercises and peer interaction - will walk away with an understanding of key learning points, such as

• A five-element framework of transformation that can be applied at any organizational level
• The tools to analyze work content for process improvement
• How focus on customer value helps clarify purpose 
• Strategies and methods for work improvement
• The importance of lean principles and their role in work improvement and standardization

After the session, attendees will have one week to apply the knowledge learned, and will then return to meet with their peers for a one hour exchange on challenges and best practices learned.
