AMBA has partnered with Phillip Van Hooser, keynote speaker for AMBA Conference 2021 and leadership guru with FORTUNE 500 manufacturing experience, to bring a two-part, interactive "confab" webinar series where attendees will be led on a journey to develop a mindset that thrives on change and seizes opportunities others are afraid to explore.

Like so many business professionals, Phillip Van Hooser has been trying to come to grips with the world's new reality. As an award-winning keynote speaker and author on leadership, service and communication, Van Hooser is committed to helping organizations improve performance through cultivating productive relationships. No matter where attendees are on their own leadership journey, Van Hooser provides the training to help leaders build constructive relationships with their employees - relationships that improve teamwork, trust, creativity and, yes, profitability.

Part 1: Capitalizing on the Challenges of Leadership - Controlling Fear & Thrive on Change
May 6, 2PM EST
Members: $20 | Non-members: $99

Stress can impair the function of the prefrontal cortex, leading to decreased creativity. This may leave leaders less able to develop new, different and potentially more effective strategies for dealing with a crisis. During this session, participants will work to identify common workplace stressors and develop a step-by-step approach to reduce their effects, both physically and mentally.
