With a strategic focus on process, team accountability and the development of a mold manufacturing environment, Century Die Company has continued to gain efficiencies, remain competitive and attract talent in a cost-driven marketplace for the past 75 years.

In addition to an inside view of Century Die’s successful blow mold manufacturing operation - including a new 5-axis machining cell with automation and a fully staffed, high-quality finishing department – attendees will discover the company’s strategic approach to workforce development.

From creative ways in which team members engage with students and teachers to the company’s involvement with local schools and community programs, Century Die has made great strides in finding local talent and developing the company’s next-generation workforce. 

Century Die plant tour workshop includes the following:

• Tour of Century Die blow manufacturing facility
• Lunch and facilitated roundtable discussion (located at the Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Library and Museums)
• Networking dinner the night before (Sept. 13) at Dock’s Beach House (6-9pm EST)
• Optional short tour of the Rutherford B. Hayes historic grounds via a Clydesdale-drawn wagon (compliments of Tim Myers) immediately following the tour
