Throughout 2020, business conditions and expectations have changed minute-by-minute. Despite the constant chaos, however, today's leaders can be sure of one thing - those who embrace the challenges before them have the unique opportunity to survive, and even to thrive.

One critical component of embracing a challenge is making the effort to look ahead and anticipate what could be coming next. During this business roundtable discussion - similar to past AMBA peer networking discussions - business leaders will discuss the challenges they continue to face and those they see up ahead in 2021. Potential questions might include: 

• What investments are others making to give their company a competitive edge over the next 12 months?
• How are peers managing the budgeting process?
• What activities are industry professionals prepared to discontinue in 2021? Are there areas where leaders are investing more, compared to years past?
• What do staffing levels look like? Are others planning to modify health and benefits packages?
• Who has taken advantage of the R&D tax credit? Does anyone plan to do so in 2021? 
• Are there other cost-savings measures being implemented in others' facilities?

Similar in structure to AMBA's past roundtable discussions, this session will be a facilitated session where AMBA members will participate in a Q&A with their peers. After the call, representatives from Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff, LLP will also be available to provide legal guidance and insight as needed.
