Creating and implementing a successful sales strategy is critical to the bottom line of any business. For this reason, AMBA is offering a first-time event concept: AMBA Sales Process Forum. 

This forum will feature presentations from best-in-class mold builders on sales management strategies, processes and best practices. During the event, AMBA-member panels will review their strategies for success as they relate to three sales topics identified by AMBA membership. 

FEATURED TOPICS WILL INCLUDE: 

  • Sales forecasting
  • The RFQ/quoting process
  • Improving underperforming accounts

Facilitated by AMBA Executive Director Troy Nix, this day-long session will include peer-to-peer networking and roundtable discussions, best practices sharing and development of an implementation plan based on event takeaways.
