TPU generally likes to release from a textured surface. Generally draw polish to B-1 then bead blast with a #240 oxide to a D-2 finish. Other things to review would be burrs in the mold, processing parameters & purging the barrel and drying the material...I think it is picky with moisture. Good Luck.
