Sticking Part

Looking for some help with a mold that the part is sticking horribly in the cover. Its a 2 shot mold and the first shot in PC which works fine, the second shot is Desmopan TPU. We have a couple large Z pullers on the PC sub-straight and have added NiBore coating to the cover which hardly made a difference. Looking for any suggestions to improve the situation.

Check out these folks for a possible coating solution. We apply one of their coatings on the cavity side of similar molds with good success. They have a some proprietary coatings that can't be found elsewhere.
