The 2023 AMBA Wage and Salary Survey is now open to U.S. mold manufacturers. This survey collects data related to high, low and average rates of pay across over 50 job functions commonly found in mold building and helps provide a comprehensive picture of wages in the U.S. mold manufacturing industry, as well as wage benchmarks for industry executives.

Survey Questions

IMPORTANT: In order to receive the results of this year's survey, participants must provide wage data. If there is a position that is currently not filled or offered by your company, please leave it blank. AMBA members who submit wage data will receive the report at no cost; participating non-members will have the opportunity to purchase the report at a reduced rate. All data is published in aggregate and anonymously. If you need to exit the survey, you may return at any time and start back at the page where you ended.
