The Emerging Leaders Network is a group of dedicated, innovative young professionals. Open to any under-40 AMBA member, these current and future leaders are all passionate about taking their careers to the next level, having an impact on the industry and sharing best practices and new ideas with one another.

Join these young professionals at the Zionsville Underground in Zionsville, IN (just northwest of Indianapolis, IN) during this half-day workshop, where these current and future leaders (both mold builders and suppliers) will come together to further their leadership path.

Through participation in the Predictive Index (PI) Behavioral Assessment and personalized coaching from this session's speaker - Heather Haas of Advisa USA - they will answer three critical questions:

• Who am I - what drives my personality and motivates me in the workplace?
• What's my path - what do I aspire to and how do I build the relationships to get there along my leadership journey?
• How will I find it - what strategies allow me to work effectively with others, find fulfillment at work and reach my goals?

After this event, attendees will walk away with increased self-awareness and confidence that will allow them to optimize their strengths in the workplace and leadership ability. 

Registration includes a light lunch with networking that will begin at 12 p.m. EST. Programming will conclude at 5 p.m. EST with an optional networking happy hour to follow.
