As most U.S. mold manufacturers struggle to find the talent needed to fill out their workforce, it has become more important than ever to retain existing employees.

With this in mind, the AMBA Emerging Leaders Network is sponsoring AMBA’s newest survey on Employee Engagement and Retention Strategies. This survey will measure perceived employee benefits and detractors, review existing employee professional development opportunities and bonus incentives offered by AMBA member facilities and more.

Survey Purpose

  • Provide strategies that will help member facilities better retain employees
  • Highlight what employees value most highly in the workplace
  • Identify the potential opportunities AMBA member companies have to improve employee experiences and offerings

Please note: AMBA is requesting multiple responses from each company from both executives and emerging leadership. All data is anonymous; no individual contact information will be shared with employers or other AMBA members. All respondents will receive a copy of the final report.

About the AMBA Emerging Leaders Network

The AMBA Emerging Leaders Network is focused on cultivating professional development opportunities for up-and-coming leaders in the AMBA community, as well as generating peer connection and learning opportunities amongst its 150+ members. The Network is driven in part by the AMBA Emerging Leaders Advisory Board, which consists of up-and-coming leadership from AMBA member companies, who provide input on what opportunities will be most valuable to emerging leadership in the U.S. moldmaking community.
