Mini Workforce Series - Retention Strategies

On Tuesday, June 6 and Tuesday, June 13 (11:30-1pm EST), AMBA members will have the opportunity to participate in a workforce-oriented, two-part "mini-series."
This session (the second of the series) will begin with a presentation by Kelly McDaniel, president at DeLisaGroup and 360 Recruiting, where she will provide strategies, tactics and best practices related to employee retention. McDaniel's presentation will be followed by a facilitated virtual brainstorming session, where attendees will work with one another and visually share new ideas.
The 1.5 hour meeting will conclude with a roundtable discussion, where attendees will share their challenges and best practices during a facilitated peer-to-peer dialogue.
