In order to flourish, manufacturers must successfully recruit, retain and engage employees. But achieving success in these areas can be feel overwhelming – so what role can young professionals and emerging leaders possibly expect to play in moving the dial for their companies? The answer is easy – an embrace of empathy, empowerment and excellence.

Join Matt Lesser, leadership consultant, coach and author, as he guides up-and-coming leaders during this virtual, four-session series on how embracing these key elements can impact common business practices, such as onboarding, performance correction, delegation and more.

  • motivated employees
  • effective communication
  • successful conflict engagement, and
  • better decision-making.

Member cost: $49. Includes access to all four virtual sessions, including recordings and slide presentations. All sessions will be hosted via Zoom.
